Tuna Poke Taco’s

My recipe is a nice little appetizer that will certainly make your friends jealous and want to know your secrets. Enjoy and we’ll see you next month.
Serves 4
 
1 Lb. - #1 Tuna (cut in 3/8” dice )
2 TB. – Sesame oil
2 TB. – Soy sauce
1 tsp. – Minced Ginger
1 tsp. – Minced Garlic
2 tsp. – Sweet Mirin
2 TB. – garlic chili sauce
1 tsp. – sriracha sauce
  1. Mix all the above ingredients and keep ice cold (You should make 1 hour ahead to marinate).
 
1 big daddy fryer with fresh clean oil to the fill mark
8 – eggroll wrappers cut into circles.
1 – Ripe avocado
2TB. – Chopped Chives
1/2 cup – Sriracha Mayo ( 3 TB. Sriracha and 1 cup mayo )
 
  1. Heat oil to 350* and with a taco shell basket.
  2. Fry off the 8 shells one at a time until golden brown.
  3. Drain on a paper towel.
  4. Place two shells o a plate and divide all the poke in the shell’s and garnish with chopped chives, avocado slices and sriracha mayo.
