Hoison BBQ Veal Chop’s

The recipe that I have chosen to finish out the year is one of my favorites and incorporates my favorite way to cook veal. It is a charcoal grilled chop with an Asian twist. This chop goes well with morocco couscous or an asian style slaw. I hope you enjoy.

4- 12oz. center cut veal loin chop’s

  1. Mix all ingredients well and pour half of the sauce over the veal chops , keeping the other half for brushing after grilling.
  2. Marinate chops for at least 2 hours.
  3. When ready to cook , preheat a charcoal grill until coals are white.
  4. Lightly oil the grate to prevent the chops from sticking.
  5. Place chops on grill and cook about 4 to 6 minutes on both sides turning 4 times to get criscross markings or until med rare.
