Hoison BBQ Veal Chop’s
4- 12oz. center cut veal loin chop’s
½ cup hoison sauce
1 tsp. minced ginger
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 TB. soy sauce
2 TB. water
Pinch chili flakes
Zest of one orange
Juice of one orange
Mix all ingredients well and pour half of the sauce over the veal chops , keeping the other half for brushing after grilling.
Marinate chops for at least 2 hours.
When ready to cook , preheat a charcoal grill until coals are white.
Lightly oil the grate to prevent the chops from sticking.
Place chops on grill and cook about 4 to 6 minutes on both sides turning 4 times to get criscross markings or until med rare.
Pull chops off grill and let rest for a few minutes.
Brush chops with the left over sauce and serve.
